Great experience. Easy to use and no bugs. Checked all competitors and no surcharge applied for 31 Jan lodgment so chose you. Competitive price. Printed off the blank forms from GOV.UK to make life easier, populated the paper forms with the relevant information, then simply entered the data. Need to tell clients to make sure they choose ALL the forms they need to fill out after completing personal information otherwise it can be a bit tricky getting back to the forms section to choose additional forms, but Sam was available by webchat to assist promptly. Will definitely use again next year provided price does not increase and there are no last-minute surcharges applied.

I am very impressed with the service provided. Sam was really helpful on the live chat in dealing with my queries quickly, as was the consultant Shah who checked over my tax return and gave me advice on how best to fill it in. All in all, the level of service was excellent and I will be using self-tax in future years.
